  • Cancellations & Appointments Policy

    1. Order Cancellation: If the client decides to cancel an order before its completion, they shall be responsible for the cost of any proofs, artwork, materials restocking, and work performed until written cancellation notice is received. Additionally, Wrapstar Pro reserves the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee, in addition to the actual charges, to cover unbilled internal costs, including scheduling, client communications, and resources utilized.
    2. Production Schedules: Both the client and Wrapstar Pro will establish and adhere to production schedules. However, neither party shall incur any liability, penalty, or additional cost due to delays caused by circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances may include a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, labor trouble or strike, accident, energy failure, equipment breakdown, delay in shipment by suppliers or carriers, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond the control of the client or Wrapstar Pro. If the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon production schedule, the final delivery date(s) will be adjusted accordingly.
    3. Missed Installation Appointments: In the event that the client misses an installation appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, a charge of $4.00 will be added to their bill. It is important to provide sufficient notice to reschedule or cancel appointments to avoid inconvenience and additional charges.
  • Payment Terms

    1. Payment Due: Payment is due upon receipt of invoices, unless credit terms have been extended in writing by an authorized representative of Wrapstar Pro. Unpaid invoices that remain past due for 30 days will be considered "Past Due," and all present and future jobs may be put on hold until the outstanding balance is paid.
    2. Late Payment Charges: Balances unpaid after 60 days will incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. Additionally, expenses incidental to collection, including court costs, fees, expenses, and reasonable attorney(s) fees, will be charged to any account placed with our collection service.
    3. Refunds: Please note that there are NO REFUNDS on completed custom orders. Pre-production cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Any remaining amount after deducting the incurred costs will be refunded. If the costs exceed the amount paid, the client is still obligated to make full payment. Prior to initiating chargebacks or credit returns, the client must contact WrapStar Pro in writing to address any concerns or disputes. WrapStar Pro will have an opportunity to correct and resolve any issues within 30 days before any chargebacks or returns are initiated. If a credit card chargeback is issued, and the credit card company's decision is made in favor of WrapStar Pro, the client will be held liable for all legal fees associated with the dispute process.

  • Estimates

    1. Good Faith Estimates: Estimates provided by Wrapstar Pro are considered "good faith estimates" based on the job specification information provided by the client and current material costs. Pricing and schedules are subject to change upon receipt of artwork and approval of the estimate. Pricing is good for 15 days from the date of the quote and DOES NOT INCLUDE packaging or shipping charges unless specified
    2. Deposit and Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of placing an order. The remaining balance is due before the job leaves our building, based on agreed-upon terms unless otherwise negotiated in writing. The client's order is subject to applicable state and local taxes, unless a Sales Tax Exemption form is completed and denoting exemption from sales tax. Changes requested by the client may incur additional charges, and Wrapstar Pro will notify the client of any price changes.
  • Wrap Installation

    Warranty and Limitations: Wrapstar Pro guarantees the final prints designed and set up by Wrapstar Pro. However, for same day print and install jobs or rush jobs, the warranty may be voided. Wrapstar Pro disclaims all warranties on buses, planes, trains, RVs, custom vehicles, and vehicles with OEM paint that is more than 6 years old. Wrapstar Pro also assumes no responsibility for damage caused by paint jobs within 3 days of scheduled wrap production, aftermarket paint jobs, or NON-OEM paint jobs. It is important to note that a wrap is NOT equivalent to paint, and certain vehicle features, such as extreme curves, deep channels, and moldings, may affect the vinyl's ability to conform perfectly. Some small areas, such as around door handles and the edges of lights, may show evidence of the original vehicle color. Wrapstar Pro cannot be held responsible for damage to paintwork when the vinyl is removed, and it is not advised to apply wraps on re-sprayed surfaces or poor quality/rusted paintwork. When customer-supplied wraps and graphics are installed, Wrapstar Pro is not liable for any damages caused during installation or stand behind the material for any unknown circumstances for example, bubbles, material lifting, material ghosting etc. and does not warranty the material used. 

  • Pre-Installation

    1. Vehicle Preparation: It is the client's responsibility to clean their vehicle with soap and water 12 hours prior to graphic installation. Failure to wash the vehicle may result in an additional fee of $400. Wrapstar Pro is not responsible for any items contained within the vehicle, and the client must remove any valuable items before installation or drop-off. If the client requests Wrapstar Pro to perform pre-installation cleaning, an additional fee will apply, and Wrapstar Pro will not be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the cleaning process.
    2. On-Site Installation: Wrapstar Pro prefers to perform installations at their facility. If the client chooses to have installation performed at their location, Wrapstar Pro will not be held liable for any issues related to improper installation conditions, such as temperature or dust.

  • Warranties

    Wrapstar Pro provides no warranty for the installation of any graphics not provided personally by Wrapstar Pro. If Customer provides graphics printed or designed by an outside company, Customer shall not hold Wrapstar Pro responsible for any warranty issues for products or installation. We make no warranties or guarantees in regard to accuracy of your submitted files. We are not responsible for damages or loss of revenue that may result from delays in shipping or production. Any of the above limitations which do not apply to your state’s jurisdictions, in part or in whole does not void this document.

    Wrapstar Pro provides a 6-month warranty on all commercial wraps. However, there are no warranties on mail order requests, race car wraps, out-of-state requests, or jobs located 100 miles outside of WrapStar Pro's facility. The duration of the warranty will depend on the customer's care of the vehicle and the outdoor/geographic conditions. Hand washing is recommended, while high-pressure or power washing and the use of ice scrapers on window graphics should be avoided. Harsh chemicals can deteriorate the laminate on the vinyl adhesive, and failure to follow care instructions may void the warranty. 


  • Designs

    1. Design Charges: If the client's design charges exceed the determined file set-up rate included in the project's price, charges will be based on an hourly rate of $75, with a minimum charge of $250. Any design work beyond the minimum charge will be billed in 15-minute increments. Wrapstar Pro will notify the client of these charges before commencing work and require client authorization.
    2. If WrapStar Pro is creating original artwork, design will be billed at a rate of $75/hour. Color matching charges are $150 per hour. Due to the nature of both screen and digital printing, we cannot match PMS colors exactly and give no guarantees to precise color matches. 
    3. Ownership and Use of Designs: Final approved designs will become the property of the client upon completion and full payment for purchasing print art. However, all other designs and materials used to create the design remain the property of WrapStar Pro. WrapStar Pro reserves the right to showcase photos or designs in a portfolio for current and future clients as examples of production or artwork. Wrapstar Pro will not be held responsible for design layouts provided by the client, and any changes made to client-supplied art or layout may incur a design fee. Design fee is $75.00 per hour. 

  • Proofs & Color Samples

    1. Vehicle Wrap Variations: Due to the application of two-dimensional prints on three-dimensional vehicles and minor variances in template accuracy, the positioning of a vehicle wrap may vary from the proof by several centimeters throughout the entire length. This is considered normal, and vehicle wraps should be designed with these variations in mind.
    2. The artwork proof provided is for visual purposes only and is used to give clients a general perspective of the graphic concept.  
    3. Color Accuracy: Due to limitations and sensitivities of various substrates, it is impossible to reproduce all colors accurately. Unless otherwise specified, WrapStar Pro will determine the most accurate color sample, and reproduction will be at their discretion. Upon request, a color proof can be provided to the client for review and approval. It is important to note that the color seen on electronic devices may not precisely match the ACTUAL PRINTED color. For an additional fee, WrapStar Pro can print color proofs for customer review and approval. All approvals must be provided in writing on WrapStar Pro's designated Proof form, marked as "O.K." or "Revised Proof Required." VERBAL APPROVALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • Artwork

    Proof Approval and Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and study proofs for accuracy, including spelling and technical illustrations, before authorizing work to begin. A signature from the client or their authorized representative is required on all artwork prior to release for print or production. Any design changes made after proof approval may result in additional costs, including replacement of already printed and/or cut materials, labor, ink, cleaning agents, tools, and supplies. WrapStar Pro is not liable for errors or omissions, and any re-imaging required due to WrapStar Pro's error will be rectified by WrapStar Pro. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE software limitations or improper set-up of a job by the client. WrapStar Pro will not be held responsible for errors in work after final client Approval or neglect of final approval.

    Copyright and Permissions: The client declares that they hold the legal copyright and/or trademark permissions for any text, images, and/or data supplied to WrapStar Pro. It is the client's responsibility to have obtained all necessary permissions and rights before submitting the work. WrapStar Pro assumes that the client has obtained such permissions and rights and is not responsible for acquiring them.


  • Refunds

    Custom Orders: There are no refunds on completed custom orders. Pre-production cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. The upfront payment will be used to calculate the compensation amount, and any remaining amount will be refunded. If the costs exceed the upfront payment, the client is still obligated to make full payment. In case of concerns or issues with the job, the client must contact WrapStar Pro in writing before initiating chargebacks or credit returns. WrapStar Pro will have the opportunity to resolve any disputes within 30 days by addressing the concerns and fixing the project. WrapStar Pro must be given the opportunity to reprint or reinstall any job before the client initiates credit card chargebacks or returns. If a chargeback is initiated, and the credit card company's decision favors WrapStar Pro, the client will be liable for all legal fees and fees associated with the dispute process.
